Saturday, July 18, after 26 years, we held a reunion of the kids between 15-25 years of age, who during the AMIA bombing joined the team of volunteers to rescue what was the most important Jewish library of Latin America.

The meeting was with Ester Szwarc, academic director of the IWO (Jewish Scientific institute), who took over, at that time, the leadership of 800 young fellows who during weeks and months collaborated with such task.
60 people were reunited, listened to the detailed recounter by Ester and shared for almost 2 hours unique memories, painful and unforgettable, of what they lived the days after the brutal attack. It was a very emotional experience, and necessary for all those who attended.
Thanks to those who joined us to share this new anniversary together, remembering and rebuilding our own history.
